TRI was introduced to the fluid drive business over 30 years ago. At the time, we were hired to solve the excessive vibration which were assumed to be a bearing problem. After extensive testing, we found that there were several design flaws in many of the fluid drives on the market. In our quest to solve the problem, we designed a new line of fluid drives.
TRI fluid drives are designed for reliability. We use a patented process to make heavy duty rotating elements that are far superior to our competition. Our runners and impellers are monolithic components machined from a single forging. They have an integral reinforcing ring milled into them. This ring raises the natual frequency of the vanes without the worry of extra parts that can come lose while in operations.
