- Designs and manufactures oil film Babbitted Bearings of all types to control rotor vibrations.
- Analyzes Bearing Damage and Failure Events, providing "root cause analyses" and solutions.
- Performs detailed computer based rotor-dynamic analyses of all types of rotating machinery.
- Designs and Manufactures Variable Speed Fluid Drives, including geared fluid drives, for high-powered pump, compressor and fan applications.
- Analyzes power plant structural vibration issues, and provides designs/redesigns and solutions.

- Provides technical support for most aspects of large steam and gas turbine-generator power plants.
- Directs overhaul and repair programs for aero-derivative and industrial gas turbines.
- Analyzes and corrects excessive vibration conditions on all types of rotating machinery, including steam and gas turbines, generators, exciters and large vertical water pumps utilizing Bently Nevada diagnostic instrumentation.
- Develops O&M pro-forma budgets for proposed plant acquisitions, providing a forecast of fuel, labor, material and other expenses necessary for power plant operations.
- Investigates steam and gas turbine failures; provides "root cause analyses" and solutions.
- Provides owner’s representation at vendor facilities for overhaul of turbine-generator components.
- Formerly with PSEG Power, LLC in New Jersey in a multitude of capacities.
